I see him as a centrist repeat attempt at Obama who will fail to energize the base in the general. Why is he getting so much support on reddit? Bernie was all the hype on this platform two years ago especially on r/Politics and now I barely see a mention of him even though he is one of the top contenders for the primaries. Has reddit shifted to the center?

Bernie Sanders: “We must have the courage to take on the greed and ideology of the billionaire class and to fight for a world of economic, social, racial and environmental justice. Will this be an easy struggle? Certainly not. But it is a fight that we cannot avoid. The stakes are just too high.”

One quick, easy, and free thing you can do today to start building a stronger foundation for 2020: Join your state subreddit

Donate and support us on Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/bePatron?c=1785147

With 215,000+ here in S4P, there should be around 7,700 in /r/OhioForSanders (not counting supporters living abroad). However, we're sitting at 1,500.

For me, that means when I submit a post to start organizing a bottom-up structure in our state to guarantee county-by-county success, virtually nobody sees it. Bummer, right?

After the donation post the other day, this is my second call-to-action of the pre-campaign season, and it's an easy one:

Scroll down that sidebar and find your state in the map, then click it, and click Subscribe. Let's double the size of our state subreddits and take that first small step toward our grassroots movement in 2020.

For those of you on mobile who can't see the sidebar, check the comments for a full list and find your state there.
