We cannot let ourselves self destruct due to infighting: do not attack other progressive candidates, it only hurts our cause

I see this far too often. Senator Warren isn't a true progressive, Kamala Harris isn't a true progressive, Tulsi Gabbard isn't a true progressive, they're all agents of the establishment. Do not fall for this trap. Don't shoot yourself in the foot because it has a wart. I would agree that each of those options are less than Bernie, but they are still our allies. Every progressive voice in the election changes the tone and topic of discussion. The question in the debate will no longer be "should we have universal healthcare" but 4 different takes on how to implement it. It will no longer be about whether we need to reign in wall street, but how far to go. It will no longer be about whether climate change is real, but how do we go about fixing it. Any voices in opposition to these positions will look weak and will have to adjust their position to even stay in the running.

It's tempting to pick a favorite and slander the others. There are voices in this very forum who will insist on it. Do not listen to them, some of them are misguided and some may not have your interests in heart. Vote for Bernie, rally for Bernie, be critical of all the candidates including Bernie, but do not become vitriolic. Do not become bitter, do not attempt to drive people away from the other progressive candidates. Draw them into yours. These candidates are our allies, and they're all fighting for the same causes, even if some are flawed or not putting emphasis on the causes we want the most. Any of these candidates would be a blessing and a large improvement over the last 20+ years of presidents, please do not undermine our cause by making perfection be the enemy of good.

Warren buffet only pays around a 16% tax rate and the billions he earns.

He also pays himself 0 income so he doesn't have to pay any income tax which rates are much higher.

Let's increase this rate to 40% more as doubling the tax revenue collected from the rich 0,1% and help get American citizens out of poverty.

The GOP freaks out when Ocasio-Cortez & Bernie suggest a 50%-70% tax rate to pay for medicare for all & a green new deal. That 50-70% margin would ONLY impact 13,000 of the richest families. The GOP is paid to represent the interests of the 13K richest families. We represent the other 300+ million.

A tax of 50%-70% on all income over 10 million would only impact 13,000 of the richest families in the country.

The Republicans are paid to exclusively represent the interests of 13,000 of the world's wealthiest families.

Bernie and Ocasio-Cortez are here to represent the other 330+ million folks in America.

Which do you choose?

Chattanooga reporter fired for missing work due to cancer treatment. This is exactly why we need #MedicareForAll ! Insurance provided by your employer isn’t worth shit when your employer fires you for missing too much work due to chronic illness. M4A is the only solution that will cover everyone.

Health insurance provided by your employer isn’t worth shit when your employer can just fire you for missing too much work due to chronic illness.

Linking health insurance to employment leaves too much room for people to fall through the cracks.

Diagnosed with cancer and have to miss work for treatment? Too bad, you’re fired, now you can’t afford to treat your cancer.

Bernie Sanders is right! Medicare for all is the ONLY solution that guarantees coverage for everyone.

Bernie Sanders is 77 only 5 years older than Trump but he looks like he could be Trumps father, does America really need a leader who could deteriorate in health much faster while being President? I wouldn’t trust him to drive a car if he was my Grandfather with how he looks.

It’s a serious question, what if he wins and he dies the next year, can America really handle that right now? What America needs is a young leader not someone who is no longer fit for it. Change my mind
